3. How long does a delivery usually take?
a. Order will be processed within 1-3 working days
b. You will then receive a notification via SMS / email once your order has been shipped out. A tracking number will also be provided.
4. Which couriers are you using for shipping?

c. DHL Express (Worldwide Shipping)
5. Where do you ship?
We ship all over the world except for Indonesia.
6. If I have problems with my orders, what do I do?

7. I made a purchase from the website and I want to pick it up instead. Is that possible?
Sorry but we don’t allow that. We do not entertain any urgent orders. You can walk-in to our stores if u need the abaya urgently.

2. Can I place an order from WhatsApp?
No. All non in-store purchases can ONLY be done via our website.
3. Do you provide a box for the abaya?
We only provide a box for orders from the website amounting RM 350 and above. If you wish to add a box for your order you can purchase the small box for RM7 and the big box for RM10.
4. Where are all your products from?
All our products are made in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
5. Why is the colour of the shawl different from the abaya?
Shawl is given based on the closest colour to the abaya.
6. If I have problems with my orders, what do I do?

TAX :
1. Why do I have to pay for the tax since I have already paid for the shipping?
Tax cost is different from shipping costs. Shipping costs are charges for the delivery process.
Tax cost is the charge required by customs for the country. The charges will be based on the weight of your parcel and this tax MUST be borne by the customer. This is the normal process required by customs.
Your parcel will only be released once both payments have been made.
SIZING AND MEASUREMENT
1. Where can I find the measurements?
You can refer to the measurements for each collection at our website.
2. How do I know my size for the abaya?
The measurements of the abaya is based on your height. Size is from XS – XXL.
XS - 50
S - 52
M - 54
L - 56
XL - 58
XXL - 60
3. Why is the measurement for Senorita Abaya different from the other abaya collections?
Senorita Abaya : It’s an A-cut design, other abayas are mostly straight-cut
For Senorita Abaya : it is advisable to get your abaya one size smaller than your usual size.

2. How do I iron the Senorita Abaya?
Steam Iron
3. Do we need to wear an inner?
For Off-white colour abayas, it is advisable to wear an inner underneath the abaya.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE I SIGN UP ABAYALUBNAA REWARDS ?
The ABAYALUBNAA Rewards is a digital loyalty programme where you
collect points with every purchase, both in store and online. When
collecting points, you unlock special offers, rewards, exclusive event
invitations and much more.
You will find all your digital receipts from store and online
purchases in your membership account. Our membership is free to join,
but you must be 18 years to become a member or 16 with consent from your
parents or legal guardian.
Your membership ID can be found on your account page. You can also
create an alternative ID to use when purchasing in store. Simply ask the
cashier at your nearest ABAYALUBNAA store to create one for you.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY REWARDS?
You will receive updated information about your current offers and rewards on your member account page in the ABAYALUBNAA Rewards via www.abayalubnaa.com.
Please note that a redeemed discount reward cannot be returned and reused, and if you return an item the points you earned for that item will be deducted from your account.
**Currently, membership points and rewards can only be used via in-store transactions.
HOW DO I SPEND MY BONUS?
Your bonus voucher can be applied both at the checkout online by adding
the voucher to cart or in store by choosing redeem in store. Please note
that choosing redeem in store will start a 15 minute count down in
which the voucher must be used. The bonus voucher amount is spread
evenly across each item in your purchase, not on the total amount. This
means if you return something you will be given a refund for the amount
you paid for each individual item.
**Currently, membership points and rewards can only be used via in-store transactions.
WILL I BE REFUNDED MY BONUS VOUCHER IF I MAKE A RETURN?
Bonus vouchers will not be reissued if you make a return or exchange.
